Lacy began practicing yoga in 1998 and became a teacher in 2012. She is a Yoga Alliance registered E- RYT 500 and a Continuing Education provider (YACEP).

Lacy believes that we are all students and our yoga practice is really the practice of getting to know yourself. To truly meet yourself, as you are, in this moment, is this body and with this mind; is an endless practice and a beautiful journey. In our world of non-stop, busy, busy, yoga helps us to first disconnect and then teaches us to truly connect, first with ourselves and then with each other.

Lacy’s classes are a moving meditation, Utilizing the breath and the body’s alignment our our anchor, we simultaneously strengthen the body and ground ourselves into the present moment. We use the breath and body as tools, to help us quiet the chattering mind and  move into stillness and our true selves.
